Welcome to Shayr, a social video platform owned and operated by Shayr LLC (“Shayr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using our platform, website, or mobile application (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

5. Interfere with or disrupt the operation of Shayr or the servers hosting it.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Content Ownership and Licensing

a. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Shayr. However, by posting or uploading content, you grant Shayr a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable license to host, use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform that content as necessary to operate and promote the platform.

b. Shayr Content

All trademarks, graphics, interfaces, design, and software elements of Shayr are owned by Shayr LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.

6. Copyright Policy

Shayr respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Users are prohibited from uploading copyrighted content without authorization, including music, videos, and other protected works.

Shayr responds to copyright complaints under its DMCA Policy.

7. Reward and Monetization System

Shayr’s point and reward system is designed to encourage engagement and learning.

Points may be earned for actions such as watching videos, engaging with content, and using Learning Mode.

Points are for promotional use only and have no inherent monetary value unless and until redemption is made available by Shayr.

Shayr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the reward system at any time.

Redemption opportunities, including gift cards, donations, or other benefits, are not guaranteed and may be subject to approval or availability.

All users agree that rewards are not wages, compensation, or contractual obligations.

8. Termination

Shayr reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

You violate these Terms, or

Your use is deemed harmful to the platform or its community.

Upon termination, your license to use Shayr will end, but the sections on ownership, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution will remain in effect.

9. Third-Party Links and Advertising

Shayr may display content, advertisements, or links from third parties. Shayr does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any third-party content or products.

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring their materials comply with all applicable laws and platform policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Shayr provides its Services “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the platform. Your use of Shayr is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shayr LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages;

Any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill; or

Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Shayr LLC, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

1. Your use of the Services,
2. Your violation of these Terms, or

3. Your infringement of any third-party rights.
