DMCA Policy:
Shayr LLC (“Shayr”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the platform to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable laws, Shayr has adopted the following policy for handling claims of copyright infringement.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content available on Shayr infringes your copyright, please send a written notification that includes all of the following information:
A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
Identification of the material that you believe is infringing, including information reasonably sufficient for Shayr to locate the material on the platform.
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has allegedly been infringed.

2. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to the DMCA Agent that includes all of the following information:
Your physical or electronic signature.
Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the judicial district where your address is located, or if outside the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which Shayr may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notice or their agent.

3. Repeat Infringers
It is Shayr’s policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. Shayr may also remove or disable access to content that it believes in good faith violates copyright law, even if no formal DMCA notification has been received.
4. Modifications to This Policy
Shayr reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time in order to reflect changes in applicable law or platform practices. The updated version will be posted on Shayr’s website, and continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
